Simon joined Park Partners in 2020 from Reed Smith where he served as
a litigator on corporate and financial cases. Prior to that, he has also worked for a number of leading law firms including English Ashurst and French Ginestié and Jeantet. His practices revolved around litigation, arbitration and restructuring for private companies and investment funds.
After graduating from Grande Ecole Master from ESCP Business School, Simon studied business law at Panthéon-Assas University before passing the Parisian bar exam and obtaining a PhD in Law.
He was also Group CFO of Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Vallourec. He held the position of Vice President of Finance at Thomson Multimedia (now Technicolor) and started his career at IBM Europe where he had multiple finance roles for 10 years.
Marc is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
He joined Park Partners GP after four years experience in a sports marketing agency as a senior salesperson. He owns two companies, one within the sports industry in Morocco and the other one within the real estate industry in Paris.
He holds a Master’s Degree from ESG Paris and a Master of Business Administration from MBA ESG in sports management.
On behalf of several agencies and on a personal basis she also has participated in numerous strategic plans with financial packages for private companies et for territorial development.
Particularly attuned to the importance of corporate governance, she is the president of the Cercle Suisse des Administratices, to promote diversity and good governance practices within non-executive administrative boards.
Dominique holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and a graduate degree in hospitality management from the EHL, Hospitality Business and Hotel Management School in Switzerland.
